To outlaw something like talking on the phone while driving is totally a great example of the government totally overstepping their bounds. Things like this should be taught as common sense things, not as federal offenses.

Then here in CA there was the recent train collision accident, which most believe could have been completely avoided if the guy piloting the train had not been texting excessively before the accident happened.
