Who loves Atwater-Rhodes? Isn't she the best! If you haven't heard of her she's written a number of books starting when she was 13 with "In the Forests of the Night". Her next book "Demon in My View" when she was 15. I would highly recommend them. Not very christian based, but anyone who was into "Twilight", "New Moon", "Eclipse", and "Breaking Dawn" would love these books!

I love her stuff...don't read it as much anymore. Kinda dark, but still talented.

I know, right! I love the darkness in it though; that's what makes 'em so good

I used to think she was really pretty back in middle school when I saw a photo of her on the back of a book cover.

She's chosen a bad lifestyle (she's a lesbian) but I love Hawksong, it's one of my favorite book.

She's also wiccan...but her books are really heading in a new direction. She's getting away from the darker, vampire books, and into other areas. Still mystical stuff but better than the vampires.

At first, I didn't know who you were referring to until you mentioned her works. I read "Shattered Mirror" (I think that's what it's called). Interesting read, confusing at times. Seems like it would have a sequel.

oh well, it kindda does have a sequel. Not really, but she have other books...like "Hawk Song", "In the Forests of the Night", and "Demon in my view" she also has "Snake Charm" "Wolf Cry",and one other which i can't think of right now...hmm it goes along with "Hawk Song", "Snake Charm", and "Wolf Cry" though.

I hated Wolf Cry... In fact, I hated that entire series with the exception of the first one. It was like she took the positive message of the first one and totally reversed it. And the lesbian romance made me feel ill... yuck.
