I don't really have much in the way of fav villians. I guess I can name a few...
Vicious - Cowboy Bebop
Sauron and his ring- LotR and such
Shadow - Sonic Adventure II
Spephros sounds/looks like a pretty cool character

Forgot his name, but the leader of the replicant rebellion in "Blade Runner" Priss just freaked me out, but that guy was really cool.

I consider Andy a "misplaced good guy" He's not really bad, just stupid and not very good at his Job... I hated when Faye and Jet kept trying to compare him and spike... Spike is nowhere near as stupid as Andy was... Andy WAS quite annoying... Sucks that I remind someone of him whenever I whistle...

1)Lex Luthor from Smallville
2)Seta Soujiro from Rurouni Kenshin (even though he isn't evil in the end)

Any evil character that Gene Simmons of KISS has played in a movie or TV show. His latest was a drug lord who wanted every police officer killed who was involved in the death of his son on Third Watch, which involved a explosive filled cargo container, a car loaded with explosives which never went off driven into a funeral home where a police officer's family was morning a son and brother killed by the drug lord almost taking out a few other police officers and the hospital shoot anyone that moves attack.
In the end it took 2 female officers to rid the world of his evil one of them because her partner was shot up in the hospital and she was almost killed in the funeral home.
But now his evil is coming back to haunt them because of his death by their hands because the department will not let them get away with it.

Orochimaru is very cool. I like his voice, his attitude... everything about him. Even if he's cunning and vicious, he's an enigma that has an air of mystery about him.

Same here, Aka-chan. ^^ Naruto is one of those rare series where it's okay to like the bad guys. I am rather fond of Zabuza and Haku, Itachi, Kabuto (my current reigning favorite), and of course Orochimaru. XD We love you, Snakey-boy!

As for other series...

-Akito from Fruits Basket. Love him, can't stand him. -_-
-Freeza from DBZ.
-Aoshi from Kenshin
-Koga from Inu Yasha, although he really isn't quite that evil...

Of course I am also in love with Kagome,Kikyo and Sango...so sue me
I happen to be fickle when it comes to those gals! :lol:

Katsumi Liqueur(Silent Mobius)when she was possessed by Demon Sword
Medium for about 2 or 3 eps toward the end.However that was temporary
and she got back to being a good guy before the end.

Ayuko from Dual!Parallel Trouble Adventure.Not really a villian as such
but Mituski Sanada didn't like her mother or her mother's counter part
in the Parallel World.
