Darn...I woulda liked that...>.<

What Vyse is saying (I believe...^^;; ) is that he planned Mother 1+2 to be in that list, but it isn't. Which means there isn't yet a legitimate US release for Mother (Earthbound 0, as it's also called) I heard that they were thinking about it, but I didn't know if they'd made any more plans than that.

What Vyse is saying (I believe...^^]
Well not planed on, but hoped, I mean we haven't had a legit release of Mother 1 here, and Earthbound is popuar enough to at least give this game a Limited Edition release or something...

Edit: I've called NOA and filed a complaint about this... I'm willing to start up some kinda drive/petition to get this game here... if anyone is interested or has any ideas, please let me know.

Btw, a lot of people say petitions to get games made are useless, well most of the time thats true, but this isn't to get a game made, its to get a game localized.

Cool idea! We need more Earthbound!

Side note: Was anyone else disappointed when they heard EB 64 was canceled?

Not me. I never even heard of Earthbound until I got Ness in Smash Bros and I was like "What!? Who on earth is this little brat... I was expecting MewTwo... or Bowser... or Some other Metroid character... not some kid with a bat!"

The curses of being UK... We never had Earthbound... EVER!

Awww, skynes, you missed out on a lot. That was a very inventive game.

Well to be honest, at the time I didn't have an N64 and I hadn't played EB... but now that I played EB... yeah I kinda am, but not really, since they are brining Mother 3 to GBA and it'll be in 2D like the developers had orignally planed on.

I will be suprised if the games don't make it over here eventually. After all, Ness was in SSB and SSBM.

I meant the remakes. I know Earthbound was previously released over here.
Technically speaking, Mother 2/Earthbound is the better game.

I seriously doubt it had poor sales but then again, I'm no expert on the matter.
Nintendo brought Fire Emblem to the US partly because Marth and Roy gained fame in SSBM. I don't see why they wouldn't want to bring over this compiliation.
