What are you trying to do? Give us all heart attacks?! I'm glad I was talking to someone while the page was up or I wouldn't have stuck around long enough to see the flash thing.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

Hahaha I know I'm late catching on to this but um...looking at my watch I still got a hour left until Aprils' Fool is done. Yeah, that sure scared me though, I mean life without Strong Bad would be pretty hard for me.

Very nice... though I didn't find it that funny until the flash animation started. That was one of the most humorous things I have ever seen.

A similar thing was done on a certain famous emulation site... I visited before I went to sleep because I knew they'd probably have something great... They did last year (a joke about being seized by the government... It was pretty funny... I fell for it, too...)

I was looking for other websites that did that... I'll have to buy an april EGM just so I can get the april fools joke... One time, they made a classic one "Sony, Nintendo, and Sega are joining forces to make a new system. It won't be more powerfull than the x-box, but they are hoping on beating it in sheer size" it was great...

Someone did a pretty effective April Fool's Day prank involving Sonic being a secret character in Super Smash Brothers. They went to a lot of editing work, too, it looked pretty good. Especially funny was that it involved playing for hours on end...

Sort of like a much crueller joke on FF7 fans that I don't believe was released on April Fool's.

I remember this joke...

Can't you still reach the site from http://www.homestarrunner.com/underconstruction.html?

That must mean that the Chaps brothers also made thoraxcorp.com... That's a pretty funny parody of the all-too-common online businesses... check it out ^__^.
