wow... that was pretty smart of her, actually... unless the dude was a certified sociopath, calming him would more than likely keep him from snapping and hurting her and the baby...

No, this kind of thing is a lot more common than you might think. There are books upon books of stories where people were assaulted and resolved the situation peacefully in a variety of creative manners.

Whoa, I had a dream that my neighbors across the street were being robbed and the gang that was doing so had knives o.o

I had a dream about a ghost girl named Anna, and then MadHaterChick (Anna) joined yesterday o.o

Awww, that's kinda sad, Neko o.o It is kinda funny, but then.. What a way to go o.O; I'd imagine the wife felt really really REALLY guilty o.o;

Wow. Dying instantly by falling head-first into a folding couch. I used to hide inside my folding couch, it was hollow inside while the bed was out. It hurt when it folded up and you were still inside though, but it took a lot more than just a lever to fold it up.
