Put as much salad greens as you want in a bowl. Slice one or two baby carrots, sprinkle onto greens. Take 5-6 chicken strips from the bag, cook via microwave, skillet, what have you. Top salad with chicken. Add croutons, dressing, cheese, etc.

Voila, grilled chicken salad. The total ingredients can make 5 salads for so, cheaper than getting them at McDonalds.

*your favorite fruit, washed, cut up (though not in the case of berries)
*Vanilla yogurt
*Orange juice
*Ice

Dump it all in a blender and whirl until smooth. No more lines at the smoothie bar.

*frozen wheat waffle
*cream cheese
*fruit
*brown sugar

Toast waffle, top with cream cheese, fruit. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Munch.

I'm going to have to try the waffle and smoothie.

You could try looking up recipes for tabouleh/tabouli (how do you spell that?!). It's tasty and doesn't have to be cooked.

I'd say pasta salad made with the whole-wheat pasta, but uh...you don't have a pot to cook pasta in. XD; I guess you can make pasta in the microwave but it might not turn out as good. Worth a shot though.

Also, as for bread...yeah, don't eat white bread. That stuff has like zero nutritional value. If you want decent bread from the grocery store, you'll have to spend a bit more but it's worth it if you want a sandwich once in a while. I recommend either Nature's Own or Earthgrains brand, because they're either all-natural or mostly all-natural. It's fiberlicious :B

You could also buy some instant oatmeal. Heat the water in the microwave, stir and you're good to go. I'd recommend getting the unflavored kind though. That way it doesn't have a bunch of junk in it.

I love oatmeal --it keeps for a long time, it's healthy, and it's very filling. I mostly buy the unflavored kind and just add a bit of honey to it before I nuke it (I use milk instead of water when I have it).
But I also love the Strawberries and Cream kind --it is SO good! Some of the flavored kind is healthy --you just have to read the labels carefully to figure out which ones. :)

WHAT.

ARE YOU SERIOUS.

I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT.

I looooove eggs... do you know how long I should stick it in to cook? (I have a fridge too, and a microwave-safe bowl, so yay.) THIS. IS. BRILLIANT. I can expand my choices so much with just eggs!

Uhh, I usually cook mine for about 50 seconds(or 25 seconds and then another 25 seconds), but it also depends on the microwave. I've never burned an egg yet, so I think you should be okay, lol.

I wiki'd this, but I don't know like half the ingredients ._.;;; I suppose I could look it up, but I don't think I have the energy ;_; Thanks though~~

I will probably give in and buy some whole-wheat bread. Also, I eat instant oatmeal every day (yep... EVERY DAY XD) for breakfast =D That's something I can never get tired of.

Yaaaaaay cool! I suppose stuff like sunny-side-up and scrambled are possible, and hard-boiled is not. I want to make an omelette! Cheese, turkey ham, spinach, broccoli, chives... *_* This is super-exciting!!

You can boil eggs with an egg boiler. It's an appliance you can buy pretty inexpensively. My friend and her husband have one --they live in their store and don't have a stove --and it works well for them.

Here's a link to it.

Back up and take a look at a post I put in much earlier. It was pretty long and you probably stopped reading before I got to the subject (I'm bad about that) but I gave complete instructions on poaching eggs in the microwave. It is incredibly easy, and very close to hard-cooked eggs.

Scrambled in the microwave is tough, but I've seen it done. However, a decent cast-iron pan will let you do scrambled, fried, and omelette, and before I bought a tamagoyaki pan, I did tamagoyaki in my cast-iron pan (a small square or rectangular pan does a better job at a uniform roll, but in the regular pan the results are quite exceptable.)
