The 3rd Arc is the Shimbara Arc I belive...and then I think they stop witht h e arcs. Next comes The Black Knights from Germany guys and then the Fsui/Magic Story which I hated with a passion

The Black Knights and the Magic Story? I've never heard of that...and yes, by second and third arcs, I mean the Kyoto and Shimbara Arcs.

also there you can buy the stuff after the Kyoto Arc...only if you want to... I suggest the Shimbara Arc and The Black Knights story but not the Fusui/Magic one

The Black Knights is about these German knights who come to Japanto search for the Fountain of Youth and Kenshin-Gumi get involved (mainly cause Yutaro comes back to warn the guys). The Fusui story is just dumb...i didnt like it. Magic is not supposed to be in Kenshin

I saw it around March 15 at my local anime store. Was VERY tempted to buy it (I WANNA SEE SAITOU!!!), but resisted. I don't have the money right now... ;_;
