I saw the new Indiana Jones movie tonight. All I can say is...what?
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Thursday, 22nd: Indiana Jones IV. Epic win on all accounts (except maybe a few). I loved it. XD

Friday, 23rd: Prince Caspian. Epic fail on all accounts (except maybe a few). I was ridiculously bored with it.

Monday, 26th: Iron Man. I'm headed off to see it in about an hour. XD I've heard good things, so I'm looking forward to it. XD

Cypher - 8/10 (mainly the cinematography, intelligent script, interesting idea, decent acting)

Zodiac - 9/10 (excellent movie, a reasonable amount of strong language though)

The Reaping - 8/10 (weird theology but still very interesting and reasonably well done)

Shaun of the Dead is hilarious, as is Hot Fuzz - lots of gore and language though (not for little kids).

Last night I watched Brother Bear for the first time (it was on tv). It had a lot of Inuit spiritualism/religion in it, but it was interesting to get a glimpse of what their culture was/is like (if it really was like that).

I watched Lion King with my sister the other day. I often forget what makes the Disney classics so great, but I'm reminded every time I watch them. Scar is one awesome, crafty villain. He's ruthless, man (and voiced by Jeremy Irons *fangirls* :hits_self ). There were also some pretty sweet parallels, too.

Then yesterday I watched Magdalena, which is made by the same people who did the Jesus film. I didn't like it, but that's mainly because I don't like the Jesus film.

I saw Chronicles of Narnia:Prince Caspian in theatres the other night. It was very intense and and awsome movie I must say ;).

I also plan to watch the Silent Hill film once again today ^^. As a Silent Hill fan, this is one of the video game films I found highly promising.

Just got back from Prince Caspian.
It was very good. The character development was good, most of the humour was funny, the action was good, decent script and storyboarding.
The movie was very true to the spirit of the book which was a welcome relief and there were many lines almost verbatim from the book.
