More sad, It feels somewhat disturbing, but I have heard this stuff so many times, so I feel used to this news. Sorry if I am sounding heartless, but I just feel that way.

Well, like I said before. You feel the way you do. No one can change that.

Understandable. Sometimes things happen more then it should, so it makes you just wanna say "meh".

Though, the dude who raped the girl...has major issues. I can think of one reason why he would of done it, but I am not saying it here.

Heh, I think we all know why, and that's a very wise decision.

I would find that difficult for our children's children not to be making babies. You know that kind of feeling....

Kind of related to this topic:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,355335,00.html

The article talks about a girl who had her first period at the tender age of 14 months due to a tumor.

Dang...didn't know a tumor could cause early puberty. But it makes sense (I took Animal Repro this semester and had to learn about the glands, onset of puberty, and all that). I'm glad they can ward off puberty until the right time though--but I feel sad that she has to have a shot every 28 days...for years. Ouch. At least she'll be able to have a normal childhood...

*can't imagine starting my period as a toddler*
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

I understand that things like this may happen everyday, but still. It's kind of troubling hearing about these things o.o Puberty is like the doorstep to adulthood basically. It must be a little confusing for her o.o I'm sure they have told her the extent of her situation, but still.. It's a bit shocking O_O

Er, I'm pretty sure it's pointless to try to explain something like this to a one year old.

A one year old usually just eats, plays, sleeps, and poops. :P

Allow me to rephrase what I said.. I'm sure they'll explain things to her when she's old enough o.o?

Hmmm, I have heard of younger parents.

Ever heard of Lina Medina? She gave birth when she was....... 5 years, 7 months and 21 days old.

*Oh, sorry about the PP, I see it was already posted.*
