A CAA convention/meet would be awesome. But as previously said, it would be a lot of work.

YAY!! I'm not the only one! XD well I do own Lisa Hutchison's Shelter of Wings but one manga book doesn't really count as a collection......T_T

anyways.... whahaha I would come to this CAA Convention thing.... if I had the money to buy an airplane ticket to wherever it takes place.... hmmm what about Midgar? I found the portal. XD

Fortunately, I bear a similar enough resemblance to my avatar (hair color, anyways XD), so people wouldn't be TERRIBLY shocked to see me. XD

A CAA Convention would be awesome!
Everyone has some really cool ideas,though I thought I might throw in a few more of my own.

How about that every year the CAA Convention be held in a different state?
Maybe having christian comics and other things be sold there,kinda like how people make fancomics and statues and stuff?
Maybe a Cosplay dress code...just so the parents don't get to scared (or offended). :sweat:

Oh man and I just watched the Rifftrax for 300 last night.

I would fly out to represent the Maine branch of the CAA staff. However, be warned. Unwanted flirting with female staff would bring out the ban hammer. And by ban hammer, I mean me....beating you with a baseball bat.

This seems interesting, and I've got an idea:
How about hosting it in Norway?
Pros: Snow, nun-killing vikings, close to the North Pole, not too many Swedish people
Cons: The polar bears randomly eating people - this could be a problem. Solution: Receiving a tranquilizer gun upon arrival?

This whole idea sounds neat. The biggest problem for me would be transportation. I can't drive yet, and my Mom has this thing about mangas being immature in and of themselves, so I can't see her letting me go to a convention.

If I had to go as a character, I think I might like to go as Pazu. My username is Asbel, but that's because it sounds better. I'd have to wear a tag with that username too.

But it sounds like a rockin' idea. I think I'll go see if I can find a store that sells anime costumes for Pazu or Asbel.
