Does anyone know where i can get some Rurouni Kenshin Magna scans?

(Sorry to Admins if i am breakingg a rule i'm just about to go read the rules

Well, since the manga's been licensed I'm not going to give any scan information, but I do know that the first 3 manga volumes are out in English and can be found and Amazon.com, Borders, and my favorite place to buy manga Waldenbooks. ^_^ They retail for 7.95 or somewhere in that vicinity. I know that wasn't what you asked, but I'm not for downloading scans of stuff that you can already get in English. Hope it maybe helped a little.

Me and my dad decided to sit down and watch Samurai X: Trust and Betryal. The violence didn't affect him cause it was a samurai movie. He thought it was very good and he was spassing out when [spoiler="why my dad was spassing out"] Tomoe died [/spoiler]

He liked it though. So far he likes Samurai X< Rurouni Kenshin, Princess Mononoke, and Cowboy Bebop :lol:

Do they swear in Rurouni Kenshin manga
or like show blood or anything?
I'm trying to let my mom let me read it but shes skeptical so i wanna know the deatails so i can tell her!

Very little language and what language there is is mild. Blood on the other hand well there is some fairly bloody scenes maybe pg13

Language in RK isn't that bad. Violenece on th eother hand can get bad. It has swrds, you have to expect the series to have intense and bloody fights.

Thier is nudity or hentai in it so you don't need to worry. Some blothces with fan service but hardy none.

my mom said she'd watch it tonight at 11PM to see if i can read them!
She dosn't like most anime cause they have henti

well...each anime has thier own person who created for insatnce Nobuhiro Watsuki created Kenshin. Then a animation studio under his guidance draws the animation (i want to do the supervising and create a anime :sweat:

). As for the Manga, the creator (Nobuhiro Watsuki did the RK Manga) of the anime usually does the manga (the manga comes first in most cases than the anime.)

The RK anime is much different then the RK manga. I've only read a bit of the manga so I truly can tell you whats in it but I'm guessing it's much like all manga (well with language/)

Correct thiers no hentai or nothing in RK which is good. If it was, they would say Adults 19+ on the manga and RK wouldn't be on Cartoon Network cause they're strict like that.

Most hentai that is based on a series I belive is made by the fans, I'm not sure. (I dont want to be a expert at that kind of stuff :waah!:

there is on Gay chacter later in the series, In Kyoto. his name is kamatari, and he fights over shishio with yumi. at one point he flashes Misao, but im sure nothing is shown.
so you know, in the anime, there is a bare bootom shot of Yahiko in the bathtub, but its only a few seconds

I thought that was fairly funny with the butt-shot of Yahiko. I find that kinda tsuff funny.

Then again, thier is the hot srpings scenes. Nothing too bad (i loved the one where thier was a peeping tom (this was like during the Shimbara Arc) who wanted to draw Kaoru cause she was sooo bueitufl and he from a tree and the girls screamed and the guys ran in (Kenshin, Sano, and Yhaiko and the girls strated throwing whatever they could get thier hands on and Kenshin ducks all of them while Sano and Yahiko are knocked out and as soon as he jumps to dodge one, he gets a log in th face....that and when Kenshin stands up in the middle of the water in front of Kaoru and Megumi.....the look on Kaoru is unforgetable :lol:

They totally butchered the part where Shishio stuck his Sword through Yumi (It was hilarious, there was just a little bit of blood on her)

I totally forgot about Kenshin!! I love it...problem is I stopped right around episode 33...it got too expensive. I never once saw it on CN but I sure was shocked they gave it a chance. Now I think I need to go back and catch up on the episodes I didn't see...oh and hehehe I didn't once glance at the spoiler Yusuke.

There is absolutely no hentai in RK. There is quite a lot of blood and violence, though. What do you expect out of a story about the best assassin of his time? ^^ But the treatment of violence is good. I mean, the bad effects of violence and war permeates the series. Violence is not condoned. That's why I like it, among several other reasons.

As to the hentai people say is available for RK, what that is is doujinshi, fan manga. The original has no hentai at all, but fans in Japan make manga of their own based on RK that sometimes does have hentai.

There is treatment of homosexuality (eg. Kamatari), but again it's not condoned. People don't like Kamatari for being like THAT.
