Oh come on Andrew, it's way too hard to remember all the OTHER amazing writing that was genuinely funny in Portal. You know how small the brains of us gamers are! So we ignore all that other clever, intelligent, humorous writing and latch on to the one part that was funny the first time you played the game, for five seconds. It's just easier.
