Finally, someone considers us men.

Talk about anything in here.

Well, I would, but I think my hair is actually TOO long. Weird. Also, it's too brown.

I would take my money and hire a maid to make the bed.

Real men have someone to make their bed or it doesn't get made at all.

Real men don't need a woman to make their bed.[/chauvinist]

And before you speak of male maids, no man makes another man's bed.

I never seen a maid that was a male. If there is, they must be the 15% of males that know how to make a bed in the world.

Hiring a butler would be dangerous, they're always murdering their employers.

I dunno, that whole "not having a headphone jack" wasn't a very good idea.

The only part of my bed that I make is that bottom sheet, you know the one that goes over the mattress? Other than that, I leave it alone.

Everyone, back on topic. Messing around is fine, but let's stay in the general area of the OP.

Raiden no Kishi wrote:However, I must admit that I had a sneaking suspicion concerning a, how you say, "rickrolling". Good to know I was mistaken for the first time in my life.

That would have contributed less than nothing. And real men only rickroll on select occasions when the context makes it humorous.

Quite true, quite true. This is probably why I have never rickrolled anyone. Ever. XD

So . . . does anyone else actually think this would be a neat idea at the right price point?

I'm not sure, when you will need a big room to have a bed like that.

Just use a hide-a-bed. You put the sheets/blankets on it, and then all you have to do every morning is lift it up --all the messiness will be hidden! No one will know you don't make the bed!:)
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Really, in what movie?
Anyway, that is irrelevant to the topic. Just because a fictional character died in a bed like that, doesn't mean that we will...
But maybe you should beware this bed:

Not really - if not tucked in, it should all slide down towards the hinge, which will NOT improve things. Notice that in the picture provided, there aren't really covers to speak of on the beds.

Funny as that may be, gentlemen, let's keep this reasonably serious. If we can't discuss self-making beds seriously, what kind of Christian forum does that make us?

If there's nothing to say on the topic, that means it should be allowed to die. There may be more deletions in the future. Since I'm already posting, though...

.... o.o;

how many layers does your guys' beds have o.o? You don't have to answer this, but it does make me curious though. I've read here that some beds consist of more then just the sheets pillow and blanket (s) o.o

PS. I detect a Serious Business picture coming on *shivers* o_o

To quote the ace of hearts :Ha. Ha. I sense the shudder-inducing presence of a bad translation out of a romance language. That movie looks like it was made in either Mexico or Italy.
