It has nothing to do with Paul, and everything to with Fred Phelps. If you're familiar with him, you'll know what the site's authors are getting at.

The site may be operating on the false assumption that the only reference to homosexuality as a sin is found in the Old Testament Law (there are other references in the New Testament), and from that showing some of the rules we would have to follow if we condemn homosexuality. I have a heard a number of people make this argument, and it is mistaken.
If you are still worried about seafood, don't be:
"Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put a stumbling block or obstacle in your brother's way. As one who is in the Lord Jesus, I am fully convinced that no food is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards somethings as unclean, then for him it is unclean" (Romans 14:13-14).
