Postby ThaKladd » Fri Mar 19, 2004 9:54 am

because Zip started with foods and desserts and all that, and I don't really have a favorite because I like almost everything I start this tread because I have a favorite here :)

The best drink ever is.... Solo Passion Fruit!!

Norwegian Fanta type of soda.. check out http://www.solo.no/

You have probably never heard of it? I did not find a pic of it :-/
I don't even know if it's in stores in USA...

anyway... Fanta Exotic is good to... and San Sao..

and... coke...

eh... I think that everything is good..

mine is sweet tea. lol. I'm such a red neck sometimes. But seriously, I would never give up my tea unless it was a life/death situation.

Oooo, Mr Pibb (but only fountain Pibb -- canned Pibb just doesn't taste right).
Otherwise, I drink an awful lot of Dr Pepper

Still, I go through about 2-3 gallons of nonfat milk in the average week.

Pomac, Birch beer, root beer, ginger ale, and Strongbow Cider. I'm also partial to rieslings.
The scientific method," Thomas Henry Huxley once wrote, "is nothing but the normal working of the human mind." That is to say, when the mind is working; that is to say further, when it is engaged in corrrecting its mistakes. Taking this point of view, we may conclude that science is not physics, biology, or chemistry—is not even a "subject"—but a moral imperative drawn from a larger narrative whose purpose is to give perspective, balance, and humility to learning.

I consider myself a connoisseur of Root Beers. I'm very picky. My favorite is Thomas Kemper followed by IBC and the local Mt. Angel Root Beer (this town has its own brewery).

Cream soda
Hot raspberry tea

And you have to try this: White chocolate hot chocolate, with a shot of almond. I'm not kidding, that stuff swings like you wouldn't believe.

Water, water and more water
Coffee, only gourmet, and I make the best
Every so often I splurge on a breve latte with whipped cream
Earl Grey tea

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

Mug does not even deserve to be called root beer. Go out right now and by a six pack of IBC or Thomas Kemper and taste the difference. Heck even Barq's is better than Mug. (I'm a bit of a Root Beer snob)

Drinks!

· Green tea. Usually hot.
· Regular ol' iced tea. With a decent amount of sugar. Mmm, Red Diamond...
· Coke. e__e
· Dr. Pepper.
· Ginger Ale, once in a while.
· Italian cream sodas. Orange or vanilla. Mmm~
· Stewart's. It comes in glass bottles, kinda like IBC. My favorite flavors so far are the Orange n' Cream and the Key Lime.
· Vanilla Creme Frappucino. :O~ Awesomeness....
· Hot chocolate. :3
· Plain ol' coffee. Moderate amount of sugar and cream. But none of that powdered stuff, yuck.
· Bottled water, because the tap around here is awful. The Wal-mart water is cheap and it tastes good. I like it the best when it's like, reeeeally cold.
· Big Red. XD Most of you probably don't know what it is. But it rocks.
· Mixing club soda with different juices, syrups, etc. That's always fun.

Icarus, that white hot chocolate w/almond sounds incredible. Where do you get it? Or, how can I make some?

You could probably get it at a coffee shop.

"White mocha latte, with almond, hold the coffee."

They might have it at a grocery store in single serve packets as well.

Hmm... Well, I go through about 3-4 cups of coffee a day, on average. That's down from about 8 pots a day in college. (They called me the 'twitch' for a while there. Even used an old sock for a filter when I ran out. Gee... Talk about an addict. )

I'm also partial to newcastle, guiness and just can't turn down a good cab.
