I Am Legend or Cloverfield?

I'm going to the movies with my buds tonight, and we can't decide which to go do. Speak your mind!

I haven't seen I Am Legend, but I HAVE seen Cloverfield, and I can say with certainty that it's one you'll be wanting to see in theaters, rather than waiting for the DVD. XD It's a fun movie to watch, too, so I'd recommend it.

I second cloverfield for the theater viewing. Good movie but first take in mind that it maybe dizzing. I am legend is good no where as intense as Cloverfield

I truly enjoyed I Am Legend; it's a very well-done movie. Definitely don't go into expecting laugh much at all, but if you and your friends don't mind a movie with dark overtones, I'd say go with it. Will Smith's acting is superb, as always.

...but I haven't seen Cloverfield, so I might not be that helpful >.>
You can find out things about the past that you never knew. And from what you've learned, you may see some things differently in the present. You're the one that changes. Not the past.

Saw Legend; I must agree that his acting was spectacular; not *quite* as good as Tom Hanks in Castaway (sort of a similar role), but the
part where he breaks down upon seeing "Fred" in the middle of the street
had some of the most convincing acting I've seen in a long time. Good movie.

I would toss another vote to Cloverfield, and it IS definitely a theater experience, not something you want to see the first time on DVD unless you have a projector and a massive sound system in your house.

I haven't seen Cloverfield, but I have seen I Am Legend, and I'll take Will Smith over giant monsters and exploding women any day of the week. It's worth your time.
