Something wrong with kitty's butt.

My cat keeps sticking her tail end up and meowing like something is bothering her. Does anyone know what is wrong?

And no it isn't just everyday kinda behavior. She won't stop.

alone,
And this I know.
Your breath's like wine,
And just like clouds, my skin crawls.
It's so divine, the sky it glows with fields of light.
Did you know that I love you?
Come and lay with me.
I love you.
And all this day, I will love you.
You make me feel alive,
and I'll love you
Until the end of time.

Are there any other cats in your neighborhood and if so do any of them show the same signs?
Also has your cat been marking his or her territory more than usual?
And when did this begin?
If and when you take her or him to the vet these are probably some of the questions he or she might ask.
Let's hope it's nothing overly serious.

That is possible.

If that is indeed the case, it is a medical emergency that needs urgent attention.

If female: Has she been spayed? Cats in heat often act that way.
Embraced by a gentle breeze, my heart breaks as I think of you.
All alone at the top of the hill, I watch as the seasons go by.

One of my bro's cats was doing the same thing after playing with its brother. See my bro's cats are brothers to one another. She may have pulled a string.
Some of my favorite scriptures.

Psalm91
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

Hebrews 4-4
1Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.

James 4
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.

Revelation 22:14
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

What kind of meowing? There's normal meowing, and then there's... *cringes* that meowing. More like: "Mrooo~oooow! Mroooo~ooooow!" Very annoying. That's "in heat" meowing, at least what I've heard of it. Anyway, if you have an unspayed female cat, I've been told you shouldn't meow at them or shout around them (if possible). If you do, they think you're in heat, and...they go into it. Strange creatures, cats.

Our cat bent the blinds trying to get out when she was in heat. Then we got her spayed and she didn't do it anymore.
i would strongly encourage you to spay your cat after the kittens are weaned to prevent any more litters or heats.
