Potential down time this week

Hey everyone,

I'm going to be trying some things to attempt to get CAA back up and running for the users who are having "pr0xy troubles" etc.

This may result in the server going up and down a little. If you make a long post, please "copy" it before you hit submit, in case the server goes offline. (That way you can paste it into another file and not lose the whole thing).
