Ok I was poking around the Doctor Who websites yesterday and found some interesting tidbits to share with you guys:
*Donna is back!Catherine Tate will reprise her role of Donna Noble for season 4.She will be the Doctor's regular companion for the entire year.
*Martha will return mid-season and will continue to travel with the Doctor and Donna.
*The new overseas filmed episode takes place in Rome and is called
Rome,Sweet,Rome.
*Donna's parents will make a return in that episode.
*The Sontarans will be the fourth old alien villians from the original series to return to the Whoniverse.
*The Sontarans leader will be played by one of the stars of the old
British series 'The Young Ones'.
Also:
If you haven't heard it yet Elisabeth Sladen finally has her own spin-off series called The Sarah Jane Adventures.

I don't just because he always has a plan of escape,and if you watched carefully the end of last week's episode it seemed to hint something was up.

UNIT hasn't been that much of a deal in the new series.They've been around but haven't been as important as when Pertwee was playing the Doctor.

I think that's because of the fact that the Brig. and Benton were such a major part of the Pertwee years.

Well Battlestar Galactica is starting up in March and the new season of
Eureka will be starting soon too.Also they've been showing DW in their
ads for the new season of Sci Fi so it must bee sooner or later.

I doubt it since they are always several months behind the BBC.
