My mother said her brothers when they were young would sleepwalk and would get out of bed and move the woodbox for the woodstove around the room and get back in bed.
Now I have heard people will get out of bed and go in the kitchen and eat and go back to bed.

Then she said that I woke up prior to that gasping for air, as though I had been choked...that I kinda remember...only for the fact that my throat was hurting as though I had either swallowed the "wrong" way during my sleep which caused that to happen or I was having a dream that I was drowning or being physically choked?? That's a blur, but it scared the hockey out of her...and me when she told me about it.

I'm in my bed and I hear what sounds like something destructive coming toward my house. Its ether wind or I think of a nuclear explosion.
I roll out of bed on to the floor as my bed is upended and over the top of me.
I guess when you live near Washington DC anything could come up in your sleep.
