I hate being the one that know's this...but it is from a kids show....Lazy Town. The animation however has nothing to do with the show.

Of course, telling people not to look at something is a sure way to make them notice. In any case, the issue is simply that CAA requires links to be family-friendly and if members feel part of this one is not, that is suitable grounds for removal. Regardless, you got your answer, right?
