Cosplay Hunt

I'm trying to locate a good (and cheap) place to get some parts for one of my AWA cosplays. I'm trying to pull off Kakuzu of Akatsuki and I need to find the cloak, headband, and shoes.

I managed to find a cloak here and headband, but if someone knows a cheaper source and where I might be able to find the shoes (I can just make them if all else fails), do tell.

Making things is horribly rewarding. (says the girl who nearly threw a wooden plank out her window making Shinigami sandals...) Judging from the tutorial, the sandals look fairly simple, and if you have the time I'd recommend giving them a whirl. Probably cheaper than sandals off of eBay, which look like they start at about $25.

True true; I was hoping to go with something like that for the sandals (or pull off what my brother did one time; cutting up a pair of sneakers and using electric tape on them o.0 ).
