I can now include myself in the 50+ group. AARP here I come, although I doubt that their messageboard could be more fun than here.

I'm 18, so I'm in the 15-20 bracket. When I joined CAA though, I was 16, so I really haven't changed much as far as this poll goes. XD

I'd have to say the numbers are coming in pretty much as I expected them to. I know there are more than three 30-somethings, but there are a lot more than 46 in the 15-25 age range as well.

Well, there are the occasional anomalies. My wife was offered an AARP card before she even hit 30!

Of course, she would never consider posting to the AARP message board either, so I guess your point is still valid. ;)

Er..do you mean actual age?I mean what if someone was born on
Feb.29?Would they count their actual age or the number of birthdays they had?I know that sounds a bit silly but just think about it for awhile, since a person born on Feb.29 only has an actual birthday every
four years that would mean his Acutal age and Real age would differ
significantly.
Just thought I muddled the waters there. And no I was not born on Feb.29 but was just curious how someone born on that date could answer this poll.
I did notice though that if you take all of us 30-50+ members together there are at least 9 or more of us oldie foggies.

When we find one we'll detain him for questioning.

My guess would be March 1st.

I'm in the middle of one of the groups so I can't skew my answer with a false answer.

Good griefy, some of you sure make a big deal out of a simple demographic question as if the skewnessness of the poll or any slight inaccuracies will indefinitely lead to the world's destruction or even worse, make the CAA server explode. :eyeroll:

Actual age. Even if they have only had four birthdays a year is still 365.25 days. You don't get any older on your birthday than any other day]Good griefy, some of you sure make a big deal out of a simple demographic question as if the skewnessness of the poll or any slight inaccuracies will indefinitely lead to the world's destruction or even worse, make the CAA server explode.[/quote]

I was thinking of Frederick's line from The Pirates of Penzance when he's told about the loophole in the Pirates' law that said he had to apprenticed to them until his 21st BIRTHDAY but since he was born on Feb.29 he was actually only 5 because the Pirates counted BIRTHDAYS and not how old he really was.

No! I must know whether I should choose 15-20 or 20-25! I crave a rule accurate to the pico second, if possible. Otherwise, I simply will not be able to trust that this data is representative of the hundreds who don't participate.

I'd say happy birthday to you, Eric, but that's what the Birthdays thread is for.

"All of Christian life is ceaseless worship of God the Father, through the mediatorship of God the Son, by the indwelling power of God the Spirit, doing what God commands in Scripture, not doing what God forbids in Scripture, in culturally contextualized ways, for the furtherance of the Gospel, when both gathered for adoration, and scattered for action, in joyous response to God's glorious grace."
- Mark Driscoll

"Believers do not pray with the view of informing God about things unknown to Him, or of exciting Him to do His duty, or of urging Him as though He were reluctant. On the contrary, they pray in order that they may arouse themselves to seek Him, that they may exercise their faith in meditating on His promises, that they may relieve themselves from their anxieties by pouring them into His bosom; in a word, that they may declare that from Him alone they hope and expect, both for themselves and for others, all good things."
- Martin Luther

"I have to tell you first that I am ready to die. I have put my affairs in order. Your supreme weapon is killing. My supreme weapon is dying, because when you kill me, people all over Romania will read my books and believe on the God that I preach - even more than they do now."
