Ah, this is like a nostalgic thread..

I'll have to add that Pogs came first, but pretty much faded into obscurity when Tazos came soon after. And for the record, it's pronounced "Tar-zoze".

And handball was the most awesomest game ever to play at recess and lunch in years 3-6...

I'd mostly disagree with the thumbs up.. I think it's still acceptable. And high-five can be acceptable. And if you're innovative, you can invent things like "secret high-fives" (I saw someone at church make one up XD).
And also, a group of people from church tried to bring back the yoyos about a year or two ago. XD They brought them along and it spread slightly, and it lasted for a few Sundays.

Oh my gosh, Pogs. XD I remember those! My brother and I would mess around with those things all the time. I forget how the game was played, but yeah. That's awesome. XD

Yes i remember beanie babies, pound puppies, furbies, and tamagotchis, but does anyone remember Tang, the strange orange drink that always had monkeys in the commercials? that and the barbie that you stick in cold water and her hair changes color.

Aren't the tamagotchis things coming back? I could have sworn I saw a commercial with them recently.

Yeah, they're ba-ack!! (Actually, my dad got me the Corner Shop 2 DS game for Christmas, so I call him responsible for making me like them, lol)

I've only recently gotten into Tamagotchi, but I can remember when they first came out. Never bought Pokemon cards but remember them, and I still have a yoyo and enjoy playing with it once in a while. It's red and has a holographic rainbow on both sides.
