Ok, please forgive me if I am gross here. I have been getting dry eyes a bit more lately. A couple weeks ago, I pulled this reddish stuff off of a tear duct in my right eye. I know that I had been rubbing my right eye recently. The next morning, I got a pinkish peice of dried tear (that sandman stuff) out of that eye. At least one other time, particularly a few minutes ago, I got reddish tear out of that corner of my eye. This is gross and not natural. So, I am going to try and use my tear drops a lot and see if it happens again. (If you tell me to see a doctor, I have to set an appointment every month for a certain med.) I am hoping that tonight was just rubbing my eye a little earlier and not some eye infection I need medicine for or something that involves other doctor visits. Also, this is a bit gross to me. I would rather not have to deal with it more than this.
So, any prayers that this would not happen again would be great. Thanks.

Sounds irritating :/ I hate it when I get something in my eye that bothers me, but I've never had that. Maybe it is pink eye after all (as suggested). All the more to be praying for you...

I've never heard of pink tears. I've had pink eye, but I don't recall any colorful eye gunk. Keep us posted.

It's either pink eye, or you've got a stye. My mom (who's a nurse) told me after I told her about this eye problem you have, that styes can get that discharge after they burst (ewww!).

I don't think it is a stye. I think I may have had something like that before except without noticing discharge. Anyways, my eye looks better again. Thanks for the prayers.
