Postby Mi-Ru-Me » Fri Mar 09, 2007 7:59 am

so does anyone else have planes for spring break or did you already have your break and anyway what did you do or plan on. Myself tomarrow afternoon two of my friend and me are going to jump into the 1976 dodge sportman wich I have been working on for a couple years now to take a crosscountry trip not for shure were we are going exacly . the guys keep changing their minds but no matter what it should be fun. Now to understand the since of adventure in this undertaking is this van was a abandon vehicle i got it for free and we drug it home literaly. Now it runs. So we don't really know how far we will get before who knows what will happen so fingures crossed and non stop praying all the way.

Mine's not until April, but I get to go see "The Lion King" off-Broadway down in Florida.

I'm so completely stoked about it. XD

(Spring Break? What is this Spring Break of which you speak?)

( ::homeschooled:: )

(I'm going to a few debate tournaments in North Carolina and Miami. Does that count?)

(Where in Florida is the Lion King playing, RD?)

This week was/is my spring break.

Between getting sick and not being able to get in all the goofing off I wanted to do or all the studying I wanted to do, it's leaving something to be desired. But oh well.

My spring break starts next friday... and I am going to see my grandparents. I am really excited beause now that I am older, I relize how important they really are to me; and how much I need to cherish the possible few years that I have left with them.

My grandpa and I always get into interesting Christianity conversations... I remember last year he and I got on the topic of hell, and how in his studies of the old testament and various other books, he found that the old hell is literally just seperation... almost like a canyon seperating Paradise and this other place.... Or something like like.. i am probably getting it ALL CONFUSEd.. XD It was really interesting and deep and please don't debate on this statement, it was just a discussion my grandad and I had...it's nothing to debate over. okay? I was just stating the kinds of things we talk about... Because he is a really Godly grandaddy!

I am also looking forward to going there because my grandma is like the BEST cook that I know! She makes wonderful foods, also she is a great artist and I love looking at her work! :D

their home is surrounded by trees...TALL trees...and I love looking at all the wildlife that lives there. A few years ago, they had flying squirrels visit. It was really nifty! :D

I just pulled an all-nighter, and am driving 8 hours to get home for break tomorrow. Bleh.

I'm planning on getting rested back up - this semester has been kind of rough so far, and I'm suffering from an unknown stomach ailment on top of the sleep loss, so being able to be a vegetable for a week will be the best thing that I've done in months. I've also checked out a stack of books from the library, plan on finishing the prologue to my comic, and working on some homework.

-
I saw off-Broadway Lion King about 4 years ago in Denver, and loved it. The costuming is fantastic. I was so excited, since it was my first musical, and almost cried when it finally started. heh, yes I'm a nerd.
Have fun seeing it, RD.

Jacksonville is at least one of the places. I'm not sure of where else it might be traveling. XD

Oh gosh, I get choked up when I watch the old animated movie these days. XDD One of my teachers has been to see it in New York, and even though she's kind of an emotional roller coaster, I took her seriously when she said that the opening scene had her practically bawling from the sheer overwhelmingness of it all. XD

XD It is very overwhelming. Have fun.

Oooh, Puguni - sounds like fun, I so want to go back there some time.

I'm really going to have to relish every moment of this break, since other than a week here and there between sessions, I'll have no big breaks until December. Yay, summer school.

I'm not doing anything for spring break..At least I don't think so..But I am going to Puerto rico in two weeks!! I'm excited!
No one knows what goes on inside of your head
And everything seems to be ok.
And your the same as you've always been (your the same)
If I'd listened, would you have talked to me?

I don't wanna Let You Down,
But I can't even pick up myself.
I only wanted to make you proud,
But I don't think I can do this anymore.

When did this crowded room get so lonely?
And everyone keeps looking at me.
I'm tired (so tired) of faking my life
I'm so tired, I don't wanna feel this way.

Missions work, yo. I'm pretty excited (relatively speaking, as the Q doesn't get excited, really). My team is going to be doing a lot of work on some old houses: scraping, painting, putting in flooring...

Unfortunately, they tell me I'm going to have to be at breakfast at 7:30am. *groan* I'm not a morning person!

I got home on Monday night it was a three day trip we went all way to almagordo New Mexico to the space Museum and then trucked up to roswell wich completly sucked then we took a back road out to Billy the kids Grave yard this was on Sunday we spent all afternoon from 1 pm to 4 am sunday morning driving down to the tale in of our trip then I walked around Tula rosa new mexico at 4 in the morning because my friend were sleaping in the van and snored like mooses I mean one would stop the other started up. Then after we say all the stuff on Sunday we drove to a rest stop back in Kansas and stoped about 1 am monday I had slept most of the trip that night so That I could do all the driving the next day cuzz the guys were getteing worn out. So after we had giant breakfasts at a local truck stop we went to the Dalton Gang hide out in Meade Kansas and walked through there escape tunnel then we drove to Doge City and visited Front Street and boot hill. After that we headed on home the best part the van never brook down. After that the rest of the break i pulled the engine on My Geo Storm wich sucks being a front weel drive car and put anothe engine in it as well as replaced all the shockes. All my parts came from a wrecked car I picked up for 70 Bucks a real bargain suince Storm parts cost an arm and a leg.
If I think about it after my pictures develop I mught put a couple on the thread put dont expect anything.

Ooh, the Space Museum rocks!
Last week was my break. I spent it eating spam in my dorm room and didn't manage much (if any) productive behavior...

I have quite a few things planned for spring break.

-See the TMNT Movie.
-See the Star Wars Exhibit in LA
-Go to the arcade for DDR
-Celebrate my birthday
-Forget about school
-Maybe go to Disneyland

This spring break is going to be FUN.

When I hear of 'spring break', I'm reminded of Teen Girl Squad.

But we don't call them '[insert season here] break' really; although 'summer break' would be the most likely. We call them 'mid semester breaks' for the ones that are mid semester, and 'mid year breaks' for the ones that are mid year. Or 'term 1-term 2 holidays' or whatever. Anyway, I've got a whole 6 months to plan what I'm going to do.
Everywhere like such as, and MOES.

I have spring break in two weeks. Good golly, I'm looking forward to it.

I'm going to do the exact same thing I do every spring break: absolutely nothing, except go to work a few times, which is the way it should be.
I'm a shoe-in for hater of the year.
