As for me, other then college, I've been sick, and my computer crashed due to a nasty virus. Hum, so actually I can say we've both have been sick :lol:

. Right now I'm on the computers at college, in fact i gotta head off home right after I'm done posting this. gotta watch the Big O on CTN. anyways Thats mostly what I've been doing, oh, i was also part of a wedding, one of my friends got hitched, how cool is that? there are other things that have surfaced, but I'll talk more about them when I get back.

Thanks for dropping a line though Inky! Keep up the art!

Hi everyone!

For all those whom I haven't meet before...HI!

As for everything else, Sorry for just dissapearing, but if you have known me long enough, you'll know that it's just something I do, not out of choice, more out of obligation :sweat:

But like I was saying, was currently in a Wedding, and that took forever to finish cause the Bride was ever so picky. The wedding finally happened on Valentines day, and they took off to Hawaii for the HM. If your wondering, their names are David and Adrianna.

Then there's my computer, it starting acting up right around Christmas, and I was actually off line for the longest time trying to install DSL into my system, when it just crashed. So now I got to scan and back-up my whole hard-drive, and then wipe it clean and re-install everything, and trust me it's going to be alot of re-intalling. I have alot of major programs including 3DS-MAX, Maya, AE, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash MX, Painter, 3 different DVD players, and whatever else I might have.... :brow:

Then there's college, and for those of you guys in college, you know what it's like so need I say more?

Also I got some production stuff going on, oh and theres a new christian Media club going on in which were trying to establish contacts with Christian Media Companies (CMC's) and get projects and animated shorts underway to send to guys like Big Ideal, Cloud Nine, Metron Press, and a few other companies. Also, were trying to see if any of the companies are interested in doing International stuff, including anime and manga so if anyone bites I'll give this community the heads up.

Also I've had to start my new advanced class for the art students I teach, as well as prep some younger students for their Junior convention and now I have to tackle the High School's States Convention art department as well.

And there are a few other things, but I think I've rambled for long enough now.

So yeah, Link Antilles, thats usually why I just disappear, life just beckons sometimes :lol:

Whats Up! Yeah, the total members is unbelieveable. Hope the Bandwith wont suffer too much. How are things in Cali? well their not warmer, in facts were getting hit with a bunch of tropical storms, so right now it's...wetter? :grin:

Hi. Everyone seems to know you so I think I'll try to get to know you too. Did you say that you teach art? That's so cool. Thats on my list for the future after I've gotten my Bachelors. Right now I'm a freshman in High School. It totally sucks and I could easily teach my English class better than the bat thats teaching it now. Well hello!!

It does seem like forever since I last posted here. and since there are more then enough threads floating around I thought I'd save a little bit of memory and re-use an older thread.
Anywho, hello!!!!!!

First off, I have to pay my dues and Congratulate Ash on graduating.....Kuddos to you lass!

Also, hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th.

Along with this Happy Birthday to everyone whom I missed....Including everyone today as well. Those included are Shatterheart, Cobalt, and anyone I might have forgotten today. Hope ya have fun...not too much though.

As for me, what have I been up too. Well like I promised I here to give my uber-long explination of where I've been lately.

As some of you know I teach Art at a private school, well my class has ended for the school year and all my students passed. I took them to the Natural History Museum to do their final, they did very well.

Also, I was commishioned to created a huge 7X10 foot Back drop of my school mascot, a warior. I came out very nice and the amazing thing is God allowed me to finish it in one day.....That remains my greatest achivement under pressure. right now I working on obtaining pics so I should have them soon.

Then there's college, nuff said there. If your curious on what I have been working on I've posted a tiny bit of it in my Album.

Also, I finished a spoof of the King of the Dead. It's a short live action film myself and a few other guys did. I was trying to zip a short clip of it to post, but no matter what I try the file is just too big. Oh well, what cha gonna do. I'll post stills from the film though, the highlight is the effects on the king of the dead, his face does the transition from fleshy green zombie to skull and back.

Also, at the moment I working on two other things, One is another spoof of the Power rangers, complete with cheesy laser effects and stuff.

The other is a live action costume test of Venom from spiderman. Some concept art of this can also be found in my album. Were planning to do alot of work for this project as well though so keep your eyes open. also, for those of your sculptures out there I'm recently aquireing a digital camera (Finaly) so I can show the rest of my....creations.

Along with this I also completed a full fuctioning animatic for a 2 1/2D project being fleshed out, art from this can be found in my album as well, as well as finishing 50 panels of story boards. 150 individual boards all together.

What else what else, oh yeah have another production which is almost finished, and I'm working on a portfolio to finish in time for comicon. I'm going to try to land a job with Metron press, a major Christian comic company.

Then there's life in general, I had to attend a funeral for my Uncle, as well as attend (and usher) two other weddings, and my desktop at home is still on the fritz which also partially accounts for my lack of attendece.

and that about it. I've just been breathing drinking and eating art and work 24/7 lately. As you can see though I still live on....so with that said I guess I'll rest my fingers a little.

Maaaaan, I can't believe I missed this thread til now! It's good to see those rumors about you going insane or dying are indeed, greatly exaggerated.

Nope, I haven't started college yet--although I will here soon--August 23. As a freshman art major ( :grin:

) with 15 hours. I've been helping out with my church a lot too; I'm an assistant youth leader now, so it's really quite cool.

You still have the same email? I'm gonna have to hunker down and write you sometime about all the new things I've seen/experienced/heard. Like FMS, Maine, and DDR. ^^
