My poetry...

Postby Kuro-Mizu » Sun Jan 21, 2007 7:14 pm

Well I kinda like to write poems.. not big long poems but little expressive poems.. and even some haiku.

here are a couple I have done I like

the first one is Haiku- (5,7,5) that I wrote when I was reminiscing about a troubled past.

A Lock without key
Secrets kept to protect me
destroy sanity

the next one was a little poem I wrote becuz some of my friends are going through hard times.

Its entitled happiness

I reach out but its no longer there,
I turn around and watch it disappear,
I chase it round the corner and through the night,
How could I lose sight of something so bright?

and the last one is something I wrote when a good friend wouldn't forgive me.

Something I did wrong?
Maybe so.
can I make it right?
put simply

NO

thats it...
Just thought I would share ^_^

[i]Two vast and trunk-less legs of stone stand in the desert. Near them, on the sand, half sunk, a shattered visage lies. Round the decay of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare the lone and level sands stretch far away. On the pedestal these words are inscribed:

“My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!â€

very good
Tis No Fool to lose what he can not keep to gain what he can never lose.
What does it profit a man to gain the World yet lose his soul.
Choose Life that you Might live.
