Not this year. From my understand, where they held the con at Anaheim is being work on this year.


Not alot of AX fans are not happy that they had to move it to Long Beach this year.

It's sad, because I'm now living just a few minutes away from where the Anaheim convention center is. Now that I live near-by, it moves farther away from me.

Going... I'm planning on saturday and sunday. I will try to come Friday and monday as well, but I might have classes due to the oh so wonderful summer section of school that starts on june 18th... blah. Friday is likely, but monday is kinda looking iffy.

I gotta say... that once planning was over we all found each other pretty easily. Signs and The only thing that's really important is that people that are planning on going... low or high post count... well known or unknown... YOU GOTTA TELL US YA GONNA BE THEYA!

Last year we found EVERY person that told us they were coming. Conversely, we didn't find anyone that told us that they were there... after the con was over.

I'll see if I can pull orginization together again... maybe with some help from other experienced CAA con-ites to get the (we hope) largest CAA group together in history. Its looking pretty good right now especially since we have a lot of returning members and GARANTEED new people (*cough* nate and MSP *cough*) we'll be discussing this further through the next couple months.

I believe traditionally Ikimasu did it for AX, while I did it for Otakon. XD

Actually if you're trying to plan for hotels and organise groups its too LATE... not too early. Every hotel in 5 miles is booked.
