He'd be a pretty depressing guest. XD I wouldn't mind having him paint a picture while he talked, though. XD Van Gogh's my favorite artist. :D

Anyways, I'd choose...

Paul (he's probably one of my favorite writers in the Bible.)
T.S. Eliot (I've been doing a term paper on him, and he's really quite fascinating.)
Dr. Seuss (I'd LOVE to meet him. His books still entertain me. XD)
Norman Rockwell (I really admire him as an artist--his realistic works amaze me.)

C.S. Lewis. Interesting conversations right there...
With your doubt, all is comfort
We are all as we appear
No more questions left unanswered
No more wonder, no more fear
Nothing is beauty, nothing's feeling
Blood where there once was a soul
So I ask you, prove yourself
Make me believe that you are whole

Just don't serve steak when you invite Jeanne d'Arc over...I hear that since a partiucliar incident she avoids them.

[quote="Eaglestrike"]I have thought about it, but I'm going to talk to Him anyway in a few days/years/decades. I don't think it's 100% I'll be able to talk to past people as well, especially seeing how not everyone is getting into Heaven (and uhh, my person isn't real >.>]

Granted, but it would indeed be nice to have Him by earlier than that. I'd ask Him loads of questions [some theological, many about what He specifically wants me to do with my life].

And we would go to Steak and Shake. Unless He had a better idea.

I'd love to have a conversation with C.S. Lewis, especially after reading all of his works (which is one of my life goals). :) I'd also love to get J.R.R. Tolkien in the room and just watch them hang out together.

I'd love to talk with the apostle Paul, and ask him what he meant by some things he wrote. And I think it would be wonderful to get to know John.

Madeleine L'Engle would be a really cool person to know too. She's still alive as far as I know. But her writing influenced my childhood, as well as my more recent self.

And of course, the big man Himself, Jesus. (Doesn't that go without saying?) But really, I will probably meet all these people in heaven anyway, and we will dine together. What a fun thought!

True. But I think that would be cheating at life if we could get all the answers from Him early, lol.

Considering how he answered amny of those questions when He was here, I doubt it would be much like cheating.

I would love to have curry(vegetarian is good) with Sadhu Sundar Singh. Also, I'd love to eat with Brother Lawrence, Frank Laubach, C.S. Lewis, Martin Luther(and King, jr.), and many other of those who lived their lives to give glory to God. The great thing, like someone else mentioned, is that I will get to see them in heaven and we'll get eternity to meet up sometime while worshipping God.
Some military strategists, emperors, and writers I would love to meet.

Um, if I recall, there were three Josephs in the Bible. There's the one who can interpret dreams, Jesus's dad, and the one from Aramathea (sp?). So which one did you mean?
