Hmm.....I think I would be called Mark, Martin, Matthew, Melvyn, Marvin, Marc, or Micheal. For some reason, my parents have this affixation with "M."

Thank God they never thought of MacDonald, Macbeth, Maddox, Malcolm, Mario, Marmaduke, Maxwell, Merlin, Mickey, Monroe, Montogomery, or Muhammad. No offense intended to those with such names in real life; they're just atypical names in the Asian region (oh wait, except for the last one - I'm not Muslim).

Well I dont know what my parents would name if I was a girl. I think they expected me to be a boy. I do know they were going to name me Jason instead of Sean.

Kristin(e) I forget which exactly. I failed because I popped out with a penis, I was supposed to be a girl so I'd take care of my future sibling.

I don't know about opposite gender, but my dad wanted to name me John Wayne. My mom shot that down rather quickly and I am forever indepted to her for that. On the opposite gender notion however I have a friend who is named William, who if he were born a girl would have been named Zoe-Dorthia.
