Comical: Who the heck needs drugs or alcohol? Just lose copious amounts of sleep. It's cheaper and still makes you feel like crap. >_>

Serious: There's God, of course, but one thing that got me through some really hard times is music. It really is my anti-drug. Well...and having somebody to love certainly doesn't hurt either.
