I'd say that Hearts, Carnage, and Uno Extreme are my favorites. You haven't played Uno until you've played Uno Extreme.

Oh, Spoons is fun! XD I can't recall ever winning, though...There was another card game I played recently too, called "Mao", I think. I sucked horribly at it, though. XD
