Just to let you know, my name isn't Elvish, it's a real Celtic name. It may sound like a name from LOTR, but it's not...Tolkien based his Elvish off of some Celtic languages.

The reason why I chose it was because I have quit a bit of Irish, Scottish, and Welsh in me (as well as 5 other nationalities) and I enjoy Celtic music and art. The name it's self comes from Cornwall.

I just wanted to clear that up, I'm not trying to sound smarter than you.(I'm probably not, I just know a bunch of random stuff) :sweat:

P.S. I'm a pretty big fan of Tolkien myself; the Elves, the Ents, and the Hobbits were my favorite races. I can't make my mind between the three. What was your fav race?

Oh, its a real celtic name. thats cool! Do you know what it means? I like listening to the celtic music too. XD I got the Lord of the Dance CD. :sweat:

oh yeah, and the hobbits and elves are my favs too! What noble creatures they are.

I'm not completly sure, but I think it has something to do with an elm tree.

Do you listen to any Christian Celtic music. It's great.

One of My favorites is Maire (Moya) Brennan.

I like to say "Archy." It sounds cool if you say it with this shrill in your voice, really loud. "ARCHY!" LOL I like arch_angel's name; but, I like her nickname better.

I also like Straylight, Gypsy, Eirewolf, because she's an Irish Wolf, Haibane Shadsie, Icarus, Spiritsword, BelldandyMewMew, Shatterheart, it sounds like someone who likes horror movies. And then there's Cobaltangel, which is the color blue, like a blue angel. Cobalt, is blue your favorite color?

Then there's my name which I really like a lot. *hehe*

Yes, Cobalt is a shade of blue, that was the main reason I picked it.

I like shatterhearts name. I know this has already been said a bazillion time but it just sounds...so...killer! Plus his avatar goes well with the name...haven't quite figured out why yet.

Woot my name of course!! Um shatterheart does have a cool name. That's pretty funny Volt...The same exact thing happened to me when Noz changed to Straylight. Lobsterbucket and Pinkcow both have cool names. Michael (cause that be me real name ^_^) ZiP...And others...There's just too many to name.

well keep up with whatever keeps you on your path for your anime movie carear. I'll try to catch them once you put out your first one and that I can promise as long as it plays in the states. My future may lead me to my own dress shop. I haven't exactly ever sewn a dress before but I design them all the time. I've sewn up ripped blankets and stuffed animals but my mom doesn't think my goal is achievable. By the way what made you put that picture up. I think I saw it on the cover of a cd.

The reason behind my ability to match these pictures is that these pictures are used for one character from a fighting game. I changed the color of his clothing to my liking. There was not much editing involved.

Volt is a cool name. Although I understand that the name comes from the video game character that is your avatar, I appreciate the name Volt since I deal with voltages all the time in my academic studies.
