After watching last nights MAR I get the feeling that something was out of seqence. I have not seen this show until it has started on CN before the Christmas and New Year Holidays. It looks they went from the begining of the series and past over a bunch of episodes to somewhere in the middle.

My guess is that CN will not restart the two series to makeup for their mistake or show what was not shown between what they have shown.
I have seen where episodes of series were cut out because a network felt they could not show them because of too much violence or some contents that can't be shown.

Is there any logic or reason why they skipped 2 & 3 for POT and 2-4 for MAR?
Or do they just want to drive viewers crazy?

Zatch Bell repeated two episodes that were shown before the Holiday breaks these past two weeks. I get the feeling that someone at CN  is asleep at the controls because of the mixed up episodes for Sat evening shows.

Ha! This reminds me. According to one of my friends, last year during a second run of FullMetal Alchemist, they mistakenly skipped over the last episode and through it into reruns. So basically, they showed episodes 1-50, quit after 50, and started from the top again.

I feel so sorry for anyone who was just picking up the series at the time.

Yeah, that happen. But CN put a statement about it and that they made an error.

They showed episode 51 the next weekend.

Still, someone, somewhere, was watching that show for the first time, and thought episode 50 was the ending, even if only temporarily. Ouch.

The skipping over episodes is getting to be really sucky when it comes to POT and
MAR.The way things are it be better to invest in the DVDs and be able to follow the series chronological as the way things are now the way Toonami is doing them it makes no sense whatsoever for those of us not following on Jetstream.

My anime schedule sense is tingling!

Word on the street is, when Trinity Blood ends on March 3rd. There will be a new anime that will take the place of TB.

I have a feeling that it will be Blood +

I'd like to see either Hellsing or Fullmetal Panic myself.
As far as FMA goes the DVDs are already out so anyone wanting their fix can go out and either rent or buy 'em.

That's not going to happen as AS will get those two. FMP was on funimation Channel and I don't think they will let that one go. Hellsing OVA is something that AS may want to have.

But untill we know how long the OVA is and when it will finish. I don't see them getting it.

FMA will still be on AS fix for now.

There are lot of good animes that probably won't make it to AS which is a pity for those of us who have only Basic Cable.Although it does give one a good impetus to go out and get the DVDs now.
btw:Speaking of AS did you see Fox News Channel just now?
Turns out that AS and CN and Turner Broadcasting might be in the doghouse for a stupid plubicity stunt they did for Aqua Teen Hunger Force in Boston that got everyone thinking it was another Terrorist Attack.
