I was going to try and figure out who had the millionth post but I realized that the forum info only counts posts that go toward your post count.

As of this post, there are 1,068,584 true posts.

You know, when one has spent 15 hours doing an installation that involves dozens to hundreds of steps in a row and coordinating with many companies and technical support people, and then someone ELSE comes along and makes a statement like this, it's not the most gratifying experience of one's life.

The lame thing isn't that the first post (that worked) was a test. It's the the dozens of tests before that, which didn't work.

It is indeed built on another platform, but this site is extensively modified - buy multiple people. You'll also note that it's a stand-alone thing, which means we don't rely on anyone else to help with the back-end coding - it's all done internally.

That kind of work can take a substantial ammount of work.

I was expecting a test. I just wasn't expecting the words "testing testing." I was expecting something more along the lines of a mission statement.
