OK, time for one of my favorite female VAs, Kari Wahlgren.
I think her best voice by far was Robin Sena in WHR. She really brought out her inner strength.

Without reviewing her complete resume, I'd say Lavie in Last Exile off the top of my head.

I like her both as Haruko in FLCL and Robin in Witch Hunter Robin.

But I have to go with Cher in Wolf's Rain.

BTW: Witch Hunter Robin is one of Kari Wahlgren's favorite animes.

In a non-anime role she did Nova,the yellow monkey,on Super Monkey Team Hyper Force Go! on Toon Disney.Nova's a bit brasher than some of her other roles.
Kind of like Haruko if Haruko were a monkey with 'tude.

Yeah, her energetic, high-pitched voice is unique enough for her to be instantly recognizable - Nova's voice was a dead give away for Kari. She also played Miu from Gatekeepers 21, and Arisa Glennorth in Stellvia (under a different alias).

I think Anemone from Eureka Seven will be my favorite Kari role depending on how the rest of the series goes.

I'd have to say Cher in Wolf's Rain as well.

While were at it, I think I heard she was gonna play Saya in Blood+, and can you guess who plays the role of her tall, lanky, dark and moody companion? +2 kewl points if you guessed Crispin Freeman. Its too bad it had such a terrible ending, the rest of the show was SOOO good.

She did play that role and Crispin Freeman did the voice of Hagi and Van Argeno.
