I believe that a lot of that are cults and things such as feral dogs. But I don't deny the existance of such a creature either. I just don't believe that they are extraterrestrial. If you want to talk paranormal and conspiricy theories feel free to PM me!

Oh he did die too last year. I thought at first when I read it that that was what you were talking about^^

Oh, and also after reading some of the Wikipedia info and seeing as to hwo this creature sucks the blood of livestock, it is exactly what our friendly little Mr. vampire bat does. And, he just happens to live in Central/South America too.

Here's a link to a pic that has a bit of blood on it, so once again not thumbnailing it. And although they are small little guys, maybe that's what people thoguht they saw? *shrugs*

i remember the good old days when all the rumors of the chupacabra actually had it walking on two legs instead of on all four, i also think it's funny that of all places maine has reported sightings of it, yet in my own state, which is actually pretty close to florida, we've had no sightings whatsoever, although we did have that thing with the lizard man back in the early 1990's, but that's neither here nor there

as to my opinion of such creatures, i'll say this, there is much about this world that we do not know, and even less that we understand, i don't completely rule out the existence of such creatures, however i tend to be very skeptical of such rumors

I believe it's safe to say there's a possibility that it does indeed exist. There's a lot of dense areas in the world that haven't been thoroughly combed.

Um... Well, actually, this touched on some very sore issues for me that I'm sure no one would have guessed would be brought up, so I'll stay out of it. But I really don't care if it exists.

A sheriff,I believe in New Mexico or Arizona, did a scientific investigation into wheter or not the creature existed. It was reenacted on the National Geographic
show that examined the myth. What he found was that everything about the so called creature had plausible scientific explanation.
There is no such creature.Everything that is blamed on it is the result of normal
decay when an animal dies.Even the so called bite marks are nothing more than
the results of bacteria and parasites.
There is more likelihood for Bigfoot than El Chupacabra.

El Cupacabra, that's just a sub-urban legend! Oh wait...that's El Chupanibre...nevermind...

Anywho, I have no real opinion on if it's real or not. I've never really heard much on it before. I suppose it's possible, but I don't think it's very likely.

BTW, I'd forgotten about that scary dog. Why did you have to put a link to it!? :P

*Reference to Halo's Warthog (it's a jeep)*

Sarge- Gentlemen, this is the M12LRV. I like to call it the Warthog.

Simmons- Why Warthog, sir?

Sarge- Cause M12LRV is too hard to say in conversation, son.

Grif- No, but, why warthog? I mean, it doesn't really look like a pig...

Sarge- Say that again.

Grif- I think it looks more like a puma.

Sarge- What in sam hill is a puma?

Simmons- You mean like the shoe company?

Grif- No. Like a puma. It's a big cat. Like a lion.

Sarge- You're making that up.

Grif- I'm telling you, it's a real animal!

Sarge- Simmons, I want you to poison Grif's next meal.

Simmons- Yes, Sir!

Sarge- Look, see these two tow hooks? They look like tusks...and what kind of animal has tusks?

Grif- A walrus.

Sarge-Didn't I just tell you to stop making up animals? So if anyone has anymore Mythical creatures to suggest for the name of the vehicle, We're gonna stick with the Warthog....how bout it Grif?

Grif-No sir. No more suggestions.

Sarge-You sure? How about bigfoot?

Grif- It's ok.

Sarge-Unicorn?

Grif-No, really. I'm... I'm cool.

Sarge-Sasquatch?

Simmons-Leprachaun?

Grif-Hey, he doesn't need help, man.

Sarge- Pheonix?

Grig- Ugh....

Sarge-Hey simmons, whats the name of that mexican lizard, eats all the goats?

Simmons-Uhh, that would be the chupacabra, sir.

Sarge-Hey grif...chupathingy, how about that? ...I like it, it's got a ring to it...
