To get back my youth I would do anything in the world, except take exercise, get up early, or be respectable.
Funny, I don't recall doing those (except when forced to... *grumble*).

I feel antique hearing an 18 year old talk about being old.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.
Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.
But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. [Old man to the side] Bah ya whippersnapper... when I was your age we didn't have jokes, muffins, or could scream. When we panicked... well... I rightfully don't remember now. It involved falling up a cliff I reckon.

As for old computers...let's see.
Our first was a TI-99/4 personal computer. Pretty useless if you ask me, don't know why we spent over $1,000 on it. Maybe the fact that my husband is a computer programmer and was dying to get one for home...yeah that's the reason. I'm thinking he got mad and smashed it one day, but I'm not sure if my memory is correct. I'm not going to ask him though, because whatever he was assumedly mad about should probably stay buried in our subconscious. XD
Didn't own, but have used: Radio Shack TRS-80, Apple II, Atari (Don't recall ever using a Commodore, though.)

Oooh, speaking of old computers...I'm old enough that I can remember when computers had only two colors on their screens: black, and green.
