So who are you're favorite voice actors (Japanese, English, etc)? Also, what is your favorite role that they've played or perhaps the role they did that had you sold? I guess mine would be:

I'm hesitant to wade into this one, because I generally decide I like a VA only after noticing that he/she has been in a lot of shows I've enjoyed. I rarely have a moment where I say "That sounds like so-and-so" (and it's always a character, not the VA's name that pops into my head.
If you're interested, though, they'd be the ones listed as my favorite people on MAL.

#1: Takahiro Sakurai (The Medicine Seller/Kusuriuri - Mononoke, Meme Oshino - Monogatari, Fakir - Princess Tutu, Shougo Makishima - Psycho-Pass, Urara - Tsuritama, Yasaburou Shimogamo - The Eccentric Family/Uchouten Kazoku, etc.)
^ Takahiro's voice is like music to my ears. <3 (Luckily for me, he's been in a bunch of great shows. )

#2: Mamoru Miyano (Light Yagami - Death Note, Masaomi Kida - Durarara!!, Rin Matsuoka - Free!, Ling Yao - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Berg-Katze - Gatchaman Crowds, Rintarou Okabe - Steins;Gate, etc.)
^ Seriously, how can you not love this guy?

#3: Akira Ishida (Inari - Kyousou Giga (TV), Keiju Tabuki - Mawaru Penguindrum, Shuuichi Natori - Natsume's Book Of Friends, Shuusei Kagari - Psycho-Pass, Mikihisa Komaki - Library War, etc.)
^ There's something quite distinctive and interesting about Akira's voice that I really like.

#4: Hiroshi Kamiya (Koyomi Araragi - Monogatari, Izaya Orihara - Durarara!!, Takashi Natsume - Natsume's Book Of Friends, etc.)
^ Hiroshi is just a great VA.

#5: Shinichiro Miki (Roy Mustang - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Aikurou Mikisugi - Kill la Kill, Deishu Kaiki - Monogatari, Shannon Casull - Scrapped Princess, etc.)
^ ...You know what, I don't think this even needs any explanation, LOL.

And I quite like Hiroyuki Yoshino (Firo Prochainezo - Baccano!, Solf J. Kimblee - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Houka Inumuta - Kill la Kill, Yajirou Shimogamo - The Eccentric Family/Uchouten Kazoku, etc.), too, when he appears (although I wouldn't particularly go out of my way just to watch something with him in it ).
