Basically, I'm just worrying if okay to watch anime with this type of thing in them. Not in spiritual way since I'm not attracted to lolis, but in a legal way. Basically, I'm watching Nisemonogatari and there's some loli ecchi in it. I'm watching it for the story but this fact is kinda bugging me. I guess what I'm asking is that am I protected while I'm watching it. Really, this has been bugging me for while.

If its licensed (and the show in question is) its legal. I am pretty certain that corporations are no more immune to child pornography laws then individuals so you probably have nothing to worry about. However, if you see suspicious vans tailing you whenever you go out, you may want to flee the country and change your name. Maybe to Boris or something.
