Recently, I've been talking a lot with a girl in my class who likes anime. She suggested several shows too me, and one of them was Lucky Star. Since it was a slice of life, I didn't think it would have too much violence in it (unlike a lot of other shows she watches) so I thought it might be good to try. However, I'm on the third episode, and I have too ask, is there any Yuri, Yaoi, or any other sexual content in it? Because When they were talking about weddings Konata said "It could be a childhood friend, or the rich girl"( she said it to a girl) and I'm like ....O.O

It's a blatantly obvious reference to Dragon Quest V, a Super Famicom RPG (later remade for the DS). In the game, you come to a point where you need a ship. The way to get a ship is to prove yourself a great hero by retrieving a pair of rings, which gives you the right to marry a rich man's daughter (who has the ship you need).

To help you get one of the rings, you're accompanied by an old childhood friend who you meet earlier in the game, who went ghost hunting with you. When you return and give the rings to the rich man, he notices your childhood friend and gives you a choice. You can marry his daughter, or you can marry your childhood friend. Either way he will pay for the wedding and give you the ship. The DS version actually gives you a third choice, the rich man's OTHER daughter (who wasn't in the original game) who is kind of stuck up and treats you like a servant.

Anyway Konata was referencing the choice between the childhood friend or the rich girl for the wedding. You get lots of extra money and items for choosing the rich girl, and she gets better spells...but the game guilt-trips you into really wanting to pick the childhood friend even though you don't get anything special for it, and she's only a semi-competent fighter who doesn't learn very good spells...and she never does shut up about that ghost hunt from years ago.

There is only references in the context of Konata is an otaku. Wink Winks abound, but nothing blatant.

As you get further along (I think it's near the 2nd half) there are some slightly more obvious references - usually in the context of manga - but I don't recall any actual Y/Y among major characters.

Yeah, it's fairly easy to imply at least a one-sided girl crush on Kagami's part with Konata, but it's never established. Konata just does things for the lulz and Kagami is easily flustered. Later on there's a character who likes to draw yuri and has a few fluffy daydreams about two other characters.
