Bah, Sakura x Tomoyo is 100% canon. I haven't seen many Tomoyo x Meilin supporters though. But I don't remember much of the anime (though I did watch it), and of course Meilin wasn't in the manga, so...I don't recall any specific support for that pairing in the anime. Unlike Tomoyo who is constantly creating outfits for Sakura, recording her, watching the recordings in her own private theater...yeah, like I said. Sakura x Tomoyo is canon. XP

What? What?! No. No no no. Absolutely NOT. Though admittedly, I'm biased because I hate Kiyone, I think she's the worst character in the show, which is another one of the reasons I vastly prefer Tenchi Muyo to Tenchi Universe, as Kiyone isn't in Muyo (except as a joke in one of the specials).

I support Tenchi x Ayeka. Which probably is one of the more disliked pairings I'm sure since so many people seem to hate Ayeka (at least from my experience).

I dunno. I never really felt any chemistry between Miaka and Tamahome until way later in the series even though they had set up before that they were supposed to be together. I thought Hotohori treated her far better, even if it was admittedly for slightly selfish reasons...but during the flashback where Hotohori is talking about how he's so alone, and has no one to love him or that he can love, and he hopes the priestess can be with him...I really felt bad for him. I wished she had ended up with him.

MWAHAHAHA, Yes. Yes yes yes. They are like-minded and she's the only one not after him! I love it! And though Kiyone has little personality, she was probably my first "anime crush" from my favorite show.

I've never felt too strongly about any anime/video game/what-have-you pairing, mostly because I don't often see any romantic tension fascinating enough to be very remarkable. That's not the canon pairing. If you read the manga it's based off of, she's with someone totally different- it just seems like it's this guy because he's in the first movie, which was based off the first volume of the manga. And that manga was written by Miyazaki, so...
