A Female Fighter Who Can Beat Spopovich

Videl got beat down by Spopovich pretty bad in the the Tenkaichi Budokai. Since Videl couldn't beat him, who's a female fighter who can? It can be any fighter from any anime.
Spopovich
I think Sakura from Naruto Shippuden because of her healing abilities and super strength. Although she can't fly (she might have to learn or not) I think she can beat him.
What do you think?
