Question on .hack//sign

Okay, I'm looking for the name of a song, and I supposed I might have a better chance of finding it here than in the Jam Session (this can just be a generic .hack thread).

Anyhoo, on the first episode, when Tsukasa is returning to the cave area (this is right before the battle with the Scarlet Knight guy), there is a song playing. Alot of stringed instruments were bieng played in it, I believe.

Does anyone know the name of this?

Also, what is the the ending theme called?

The string one would be Key of the Twilight and end theme is Yasashii Yoake ("gentle dawn").

Somehow, SOMEHOW, I knew you'd be the one to answer.

Thanks. That really helps me now. :3

Yay... I feel special!^^
But yeah I've loved Yuki's music every since I heard Key of the Twilight. There's sooo many other good ones in the series and the OVA openings are nice. I think when I first watched .hack and wasn't too too into it, it was the music that kept me watchign it through (just like Inuyasha!)

Yeah I wasn't too pleased with that one :/ Only ONE song on there I liked and that as "Dawn". And even if Nino and Round Table did a cute opening song for Chobits, it just wasn't the best music of Legend... although beign a chibi series and all, I guess it was fitting.

Just a thought:

What exactly was the Key of the Twilight? Was it ever explained in the games or what, cuz I'm still not totally sure. I thought it was the Guardian at first, but that doesn't seem to quite fit...

As I interpreted it:
Aura is the control & security program for the Key, her judgement is used to decide who will obtain the key and to lead them toward it's purpose. Kite's bracelet is a manifestation and actual tool to begin the changes for "twilight" to occur within The World.

I don't know if you have the DVD's or not, but did you know that on the DVD's you can choose a track that only plays the background music and not the dialog track?

Ahhhh, I see. That makes sense now. But, wasn't the creator of the game her "father"?

Another reason for me to get the DVDs.
I saw the show originally on subbed CDs from my friend, but one of the episodes didn't work. -.-

Yeah I've got the DVDs and seen that option. Haven't actually tried it because I dunno how I can sit there and watch only music without any of the dialoge :/ Maybe one day I'll try it out.
