For those who were wondering...
(animenewsnetwork.com)
"TBS Confirms AMG 2nd Season (2005-11-25 18:34:49)
TBS has confirmed that a second season of the Ah! My Goddess TV series will air on the network in Spring 2006. Thanks to Vitruvius for this item."
Really, how they ended the first season it could easily been seen as the a series finale (even knowing that there's ALOT more adventures than where that came from! Oh just when will the manga end?!)
So, know we get to see a load of other manga characters and everything^^ And I'm guessing since the first season was licensed that this one is automatically too? Or did AnimeEgo only sign up for one season :/

TBS is a Japanese company that airs OMG! Kinda like how Inuyasha is shown on YTV, a Japanese station too :/

It's easy to get confused as TBS can stand for either Tokyo Broadcasting System
or Turner Broadcasting System.I think most of us who are American automatically
think of Turner when we see TBS so I suggest whenever someone uses TBS that
they make it clear that they are talking about the TOKYO Broadcasting System and
not the TURNER Broadcasting System so it would save on the confusion.

I was initially thrown for a loop as well until my sister informed be that TBS doesn't mean Turner in this case. Reminds me of the episode of Seinfeld where Jerry and George try to sell their sitcom to NBC: Nokohama Broadcasting Corporation.

Media Blasters is the Region 1 distributors of Ah! My Goddess TV, not AnimEigo.
No mention has been made as to whether they have picked up season 2 or not. I doubt any will be until just after season 2 begins airing and Media Blasters can determine how sales are going with season 1. But I have a strong feeling that they will pick it up.

Haha, yes! TBS turns the series into "Everybody loves Keiichi" or some other sitcom!
Actually, we're not even sure if Media Blasters licensed the "special episodes," #25 and #26, much less the second season.
*continues cracking up*

Guess I just assumed that because they picked up the OVA :/

"Special" eps? I know that around ep 12/13 they had a recap ep that they counted more as a TV Special, but it was in the middle of the series :/ What would the second one have been?

I'm talking about episodes 25, 26, and maybe 25.5... after the original 24 episodes.
Skuld grows old, Urd becomes a kid, chaos ensues.

Ohhhh no wonder they were never listed on sub sites! Just looked it up on Anime News Network and they won't be coming out until Dec. 23rd in Japan. *whew* and here I thought no one subbed it and I missed out...
