What can ya'll tell me about Paranoia agent?

Info from ANN.

An elementary school kid dubbed with the title "shounen bat" or "lil slugger" has been going around attacking people with bats. Now two detectives are investigating so they can stop this kid from any more attacks... but they will find out soon enough, that this case is much more than they can handle.

As for what I have seen if it. I think the show is odd, its too odd for my taste. People call it aduilt ver of FLCL, but I think they went a little overboard with this show.

Odd ... perhaps Toonami has posted the wrong name for it ... the show I saw early this morning as I got ready for work had a detective alright, and a lad who was accused of attacking people, but it had a young man with winged shoes, a talking frog thing, and a strange preist/monk who was in a shrine on a great hill - this shrine was topped with a cross.

BTW ... FLCL was anything but for kids - if I am not mistaken, it was tv14 - or PG13 if it were in theaters. A horrible, yet mezmorising (sp?) show.

About FLCL, I didn't mean that it anime for kids. Just I have talk to some people and call Paranoia agent more of an adult ver of FLCL. As its more darker and suff.
