Imagi Animation Studios and Tatsunoko Production will produce a Gatchaman CG-animated film for theatrical release in the US. The film will be written and directed by Kevin Munroe, who is also writing and directing Imagi’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles CG movie. [ discuss ]"

Hmm... I'm not sure what to think. It seems interesting, though. I doubt if many North Americans are familiar with Gatchaman. In any case, I look forward to seeing a trailer.

Well if they rename it something like 'Battle of the Planets' I'm sure some could familiarize with it^^ It was out here back in the days of old school things like Robotech etc. (both before my time of course^^)
