Anizona, the first 3-day arizona anime convention was such a sucess, that they are already pre-registering at www.anizona.org.

Anybody here live in Arizona and plan on going? Even if you don't live in Arizona and probably will be there let me know.

I know they specificly chose Easter weekend this year for a cheaper price for the convention center. My hope is that if it was popular enough they might move it up a week or just leave it in March.

its going to be the 14th-16th for sure now. I don't think Easter is on that weekend next year, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, I found out not long after posting that that it is on Easter again. That makes it less fun for people that want to spend time with their families and go to the con. Generally, whole families don't like anime. If there is anybody on here in the Phoenix area (East Valley specifically), let me know if you think you are going to go for one of those days. My car is not fit for driving on the freeway, so I will need to carpool with somebody. I am more comfortable with carpooling with people from here than just anybody I might run across in the Anizona forums.

feel free to pm me on AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, and MSN as well.

Currently the price is $30. It recently went up $5. It would be cool if some of you are going, since I don't know a lot of Christian anime fans. It would also be cool if some of you that are adults would go, since a lot of anime fans are not.
